As a Vice President with the Hoopis Financial Group, Vince’s leadership role includes mentoring other financial professionals in the firm and sharing with them the skills and understanding he has acquired during his 9 years as a financial advisor.
As an advisor, Vince understands that no two clients are the same. He believes that the key to financial planning is to first truly understand the specific needs and wants of his clients, and to then help them decide on a course of action base on those personal objectives. Vince promises to listen first, fully comprehend each client’s circumstances, and to then create a personal planning analysis tailored to that individual client or family. Whether those initial priorities are defensive (risk management) or offensive (wealth accumulation) in nature, Vince and his team pride themselves on building lasting relationships, in order to help their clients meet their goals today and preserve and distributed their wealth later on with certainty, objectivity, and tax efficiency.
Vince became interested in financial planning as a career when he was a young child. His father always held high regards for their family advisor growing up and used to allow Vince to sit in on the meetings. Vince went on to graduate from Carthage College with a double major in Finance and Business Administration, with a minor in Economics. Vince also earned himself an internship with a large, national financial services company his junior year of college where he began working as a financial professional.
Vince was the nation’s leading college intern amongst 2500+ candidates and has carried that success on throughout his years as a financial advisor. Since 2013, Vince has qualified every year for the prestigious “Million Dollar Round Table,” which recognizes the top performers in the industry, as well as qualifying every year since 2012 for the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors Quality Award. In 2015, Vince finished in the top 5% of MassMutual’s 6000 agents.
Outside of work, Vince is devoted to his family, and community. He enjoys spending time in the suburbs with his family, working out, playing golf, traveling, and attending musical concerts around the country. Vince is an active member at his church and spends much of his free time volunteering at “By the Hand Club for Kids” as well as other volunteer organizations to help fulfill the mission of transforming lives, renewing the city of Chicago, and impacting the World.
