As a financial profession, I work with a variety of clients to gain clarity on their overall financial situation.  Suing financial and insurance strategies to solve complex problems, I help clients achieve their long term financial goals.

I received my Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and my MBA from Babson College. I hold a Series 6, 65, 7, and various insurance licenses, and have advanced designations from The American College (CFP(R), CHFC(R), CLU(R), CASL(R).

I live in Southern Vermont, which is culturally rich and diverse, with my wife, two children, and a variety of animals.  I am an active member of the community, and involved with the Brattleboro Boys & Girls Club, as well as The New England Youth Theatre.

 

Scott grew up in Newton, Massachusetts, and graduated from Newton North High School.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and his MBA from Babson College.

After years spent in developing marketing and business relationships in both the retail and wholesale trades, Scott joined MetLife in 2005. In 2006 he received the superstarter award, and in 2008 attended his first Leader's Conference.  He is a multiple Leader's Conference Qualifier.

In 2008 he was named Rookie Financial Planner of the Year for the entire MetLife enterprise.  In 2010 and 2011 he was named Financial Planner of the Year for the New England Agency of MetLife.

In 2013 he qualified for The Million Dollar Round Table.

In 2014 he was granted the Senior Financial Planner title from the MetLife Premier Client Group.

Scott is involved in the Babson College Coaching for Leadership, is a board member of the Boys & Girls Club of Brattleboro, Vermont, and a member of the Brattleboro Sunrise Rotary Club.

Scott resides in Brattleboro, VT with his wife Dana, his daughter Sarah, and son Matthew.
