From the beginning of his career, Philip has been a successful, diligent, top advisor. He has held several prestigious acknowledgements including 2013, 2014 and 2015 Junior Associate of the Year, Rising Leader Awards in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 and Leaders Club in 2012, 2013 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017.
In his tenure with Financial Design Associates, Philip has shown tremendous growth as a Leaders Qualifier, an elite program based on production with life, disability income and long-term care insurance. He has grown his practice to include clients in 13 states. He holds two professional designations; Financial Services Certified Professional (FSCP) and Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS).
He is a member of the Jacksonville chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and was selected for NAIFA Florida’s Top 40 Under 40 Advisors Award in 2014 and the NAIFA Quality Business Award for 2014, 2015, and 2016. He was most recently acknowledged as a Top 4 Under 40 Advisor for NAIFA Florida for 2017. He has also qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table in 2016, a prestigious industry wide achievement.
Philip Rogero and his wife Lea live in St. Augustine with their daughters Emery and Quinn. They enjoy hunting, fishing, and the outdoors and value spending time with their families.
