Patrick Thuecks entered the financial services profession in 1991 as an advisor with Lincoln Financial Advisors. Over the next 10 years, he built a successful practice as an advisor winning numerous awards and company recognition. Due to his success, he was given progressively larger management roles in the firm in regards to helping other advisors grow their practices. Eventually, he was named Regional CEO for Lincoln covering the upper Midwest and was responsible for all operations.
In 2001, Patrick left his CEO role at Lincoln to become the Managing Partner of the New England Financial offices in Minnesota. He proceeded to grow the organization in regards to the number of advisors and amount of production during his tenure.
Based on his success, Patrick was asked to join Spectrum Financial Group in Dallas, TX, as a Managing Partner. Spectrum Financial Group and Spectrum Strategies, LLC (a registered investment advisory firm), focuses on providing customer-dedicated strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals. Patrick specializes in helping advisors at Spectrum grow their practice through a proven Practice Development Model, and is an expert in marketing. His successful marketing strategies set the advisors he works with apart from the rest of the industry. He has been asked to speak at numerous industry and company meetings to help educate financial advisors in best business practices.
Patrick holds his Series 6, 7, 24, 63 and 65 FINRA registrations. He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and GAMA International.
Patrick and his wife, JoAnn, live in Allen, TX. They enjoy traveling, golfing and spending time with their families.
