Jim Duke is a graduate of the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree, where he also played football. Jim entered into the financial services industry in January of 1992, receiving awards for Rookie of the Year, Associate of the Year, Man of the Year, and the highest honor for a Sales Manager with Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, the Gold Bowl for Sales Manager of the Year.
Jim is an active member of Boy Scouts of America, NAIFA, an annual Primary Children's contributor, part time coach, and Draper community and school volunteer.
Jim has been married to Marci for 29 years and they have three children, Nick (Jamie), Ellee, and Ben.
