Florence Brown has enjoyed a successful career as a financial advisor for more than twenty years. The focus of her work is to help businesses and individuals assess their financial needs. She is an excellent problem-solver and skilled listener who formulates creative solutions to assist clients in meeting their objectives. Her experiences within the banking industry provide the added value of broad based knowledge in the critical areas of budgeting, cash management, credit, and retirement planning.
As a graduate of the University of Indianapolis, Florence majored in Banking and Finance. She continually expands her knowledge by attending financial based courses, conferences, and schools. She has Foundations of Financial Planning certificate from the College for Financial Planning.
Florence makes community involvement an important part of her professional responsibilities. She served as the president of the Fishers Economic and Community Development Commission, is involved in her local Chamber of Commerce, is an active member of Rotary and is a member of the local Rainmakers advisory committee. Some of her past activities have included: Hamilton Southeastern Schools Foundation Board, Dollars for Scholars Boards, as well as, a member of the Fishers Development Guidelines and Concept Map Committee. She is a member of Women in Insurance and Financial Services and American Business Women’s Association.
Florence and her husband David have lived in the Hamilton County area for over 30 years. Their three children have made them the proud grandparents of six grandchildren. Personal activities include: involvement in their local church, water sports, golf, reading and spending time with family.
