Eric launched his financial services career in the employer-sponsored retirement plan market assisting public schools, hospitals, non-profits and municipalities/governmental entities. Eric was introduced to the public school market by his sister, an elementary school teacher in Foster City, and began focusing on retirement planning in the education sector. In less than 5 years, Eric helped over 300 teachers throughout the Bay Area design, customize, and implement retirement plans to supplement their state provided pensions.
While Eric still works with many educators, he now focuses his practice on working with young professionals who are starting families, in addition to pre-retirees who are anywhere from 5-15 years away from retirement.

He sits on the NexGen committee of the East Bay Chapter of the Financial Planning Association (FPA).
