My passion is to grow the organization to be the premier financial services firm in the communities we serve. I have been in the financial services industry for 21 years, starting as a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley, then moving on to become the Vice President of Investments at UBS. Later, I began my management career with HSBC for 7 years as a Senior Vice President of Wealth Management prior to becoming the General Agent of MassMutual Greater Hudson. Throughout my career, I have had a keen focus on delivering comprehensive solutions to clients’ financial needs in a professional and ethical manner. By providing the best in class products and services for insurance and wealth management, we help our clients achieve their financial goals.

Being actively involved in the local and industry organizations is important to me. I work with Tzu Chi Foundation, Alzheimer’s Association, Junior Achievement, Chinese-American Planning Council and many local hospitals to give back to our communities. I am also a member of the steering committee for the Flushing Business Improvement District (BID).

Professionally, I am a member of AALU, GAMA International, MDRT, and AAIFPA where I seek to collectively improve the financial services industry along with my peers.
