Chris Vargas, LUTCF, has established a track record of success in which he coaches clients by using a holistic approach to identify unknown gaps and offer solutions to have more money now and for retirement. Chris has experience with group retirement plans and employee benefits. He serves as an adviser to such groups as St. Vincent's Catholic Medical Centers, City University of New York (CUNY), William Floyd UFSD, and Half Hollow Hills UFSD. He is an advocate for teachers and school employees and offers alternatives to consider other than 403(b) annuities. His retirement planning process takes into consideration the identification of financial goals, analysis of risk, protection of assets, reduction of debt, cash flow analysis, and income planning.
Chris studied at Xaverian High School in Brooklyn and graduated from Stony Brook University in Long Island. He has been married to his wife Christina since 2008, and they have two children, Ava Giselle, and Christopher John Philip. Chris is active in the community as a member of the Wading River-Shoreham Chamber of Commerce and former President of the Greater Mastic Beach Chamber of Commerce. He is a lifelong New York Mets and New York Giants fan, loves the 1960s era anthology television shows, especially The Twilight Zone. Chris is also a passionate Star Wars vintage toy and Marvel & D.C. Comics collector.
